"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I'm doing a graphic design course at TAFE, 1st year. (I was doing the course before but dropped out to make some money but now im back)
Mostly self-taught when it comes to programs I think that is the best way to go, just follow heaps of tutorials and experiment with your own styles.
